When receiving an order PLEASE INSPECT FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING for the order. If damage exists, contact McIntyres at 785-817-3939 or Golden Star at 972-315-3758 for guidance on how to proceed. Once items are signed for they cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to use the best possible means to ship parts.
Large items ship via various truck freight companies. Please provide a daytime phone number. If possible, a Commercial address is appreciated.
Smaller items will ship UPS or FedEX. NO P.O. boxes, please.
We only ship to the contiguous 48 States.
For customers residing outside the 48 States, orders can be shipped to a stateside exporter that YOU have an arrangement with. Once received, your exporter will be responsible for any and all damages there forward.
Shipping may be expedited if Commercial Address is supplied. Shipping delays can potentially happen when the wrong address is entered. This may also happen if the shipping company cannot deliver the package due to weather, or during holidays. If you have a question on the status of your shipment, please contact us.
There is a 25% restocking fee for returns. Items must be in original packaging and undamaged. The customer is responsible to cover the cost of shipping.
